International Telecommunications Company As part of the company’s enterprise data warehouse initiative, recommended a metadata management strategy that exploited the capabilities of their existing repository, Rochade.  Facilitated the process of gathering the metadata requirements from the various business stakeholders.  Recommended enterprise model management business processes to be incorporated into their metadata management strategy.
Major New York Insurance Company Tested the company's corporate meta-data management strategy by developing their corporate meta-data model, based on the Computer Associate/Platinum Repository meta-data model. Participated in developing a proof of concept that illustrated how meta-data from various analysis, design and data transformation tools could be integrated through the corporate repository and delivered to the business intelligence environment. Initiated the effort to re-engineer the data management business policies and practices to address data quality and corporate meta-data management.
Major Southeastern Telecommunications Company Meta-data architect for its data warehouse meta-data management project. Her team was responsible for all aspects of the project including project management, requirements analysis, data modeling, physical database design for the Rochade Repository Information Model (RIM), development of the technical architecture which included recommending tools and designing the interfaces between those tools. The technical architecture addressed both version control and the integration of the various business units’ data warehouse models with the corporate consolidated data warehouse model.
Upscale West Coast Bank Data Administration manager responsible for implementing an environment through which the bank's information could be managed as a strategic asset encompassing business information modeling, data analysis standards, Computer-Aided Systems Engineering (CASE) and Repository selection and implementation.
Major West Coast Bank · Project Manager for the Data Administration Standards and Repository responsible for the development and documentation of the data object definition and repository usage standards including the development of the bank's Information Repository Meta-Model. As part of the Testing Improvement Project, the strategy was developed for reverse engineering of the existing applications into the repository and a proof of concept was initiated to implement the reverse engineering strategy.

· Systems Manager - Data Administration responsible for managing the information about the bank's information asset. Marketed information management and planning concepts, corporate repository strategies, and data administration to senior business and IT management through presentations, networking and by example. Data Administration’s client base was increased from two application projects to over twenty in 18 months
